How can therapy help me?

Grief is normal. Caregiver stress is normal. Depression and anxiety related to a chronic illness are normal. These are also really hard emotions to have. You don’t have to suffer with them alone. Talk therapy can help you find healthy ways to manage your grief, relieve your stress, and feel less isolated and alone. There are no quick fixes but together we can make changes that lead you to a better quality of life.

If you’re new to therapy, don’t worry: you can’t do it wrong! All you have to do is to show up and be honest about what’s on your mind. We’ll check in regularly to make sure this experience is working best for you.
